3. Product Details
During the design phase, we deeply connected with network equipment manufacturers, combined with the equipment heat dissipation requirements (such as encrypted heat dissipation holes for high-power switches) and interface layout (customized RJ45, optical module window opening), and used simulation to optimize the structural strength. The production uses a multi-station continuous mold and a servo press to achieve a shell bending angle accuracy of ≤0.5° and a hole burr of <0.05mm. The surface treatment production line follows the IPC-A-610 standard to ensure the uniformity of the coating/oxide layer.

Actual applications cover data center core switches, enterprise wireless controllers, and campus network aggregation equipment: creating electromagnetic shielding shells for cloud data center 400G switches to reduce signal interference; customizing IP54 protective shells for smart factory wireless controllers to resist dust and water vapor; designing lightweight aluminum alloy shells for university campus network equipment to reduce cabinet loads.
