III. Product details
(I) Processing technology
Adopting the "CNC stamping + precision forming" integrated process:
1. Raw material pretreatment: Flatten and level the ferrous metal sheet to remove stress and ensure the subsequent processing accuracy.
2. CNC punching: Use CNC punching machines to complete the punching of honeycomb holes, grid holes and special-shaped windows according to the mold pattern. The aperture tolerance is controlled at ±0.1mm to ensure the precise realization of heat dissipation and assembly functions.
3. Bending: The punched sheet is bent at multiple angles by a bending machine to shape the three-dimensional structure of the box. The bending angle error is ≤0.5° to ensure the sealing and structural stability of the box.
4. Surface treatment: galvanizing, painting and other processes can be selected to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the box and meet the appearance requirements of different industrial scenes.
(II) Applicable materials
1. Carbon steel: Q235, Q345 and other series of carbon steel are selected. They are low in cost and high in strength. They are suitable for industrial control equipment and ordinary power supply boxes in general industrial environments to meet basic protection and heat dissipation requirements.
2. Alloy steel: Steel with alloy elements such as manganese and chromium added has higher strength and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for outdoor communication cabinets and electrical equipment boxes in high humidity/strong corrosion conditions.
(III) Quality inspection
Build a "three-layer quality inspection system":

1. Appearance inspection: Combine manual visual inspection with machine vision to check for defects such as punching burrs, board scratches, bending deformation, etc. to ensure that the appearance meets industrial standards.
2. Dimension inspection: Use three-coordinate measuring machine and two-dimensional imager to fully inspect key parameters such as box length, width, height, punching spacing, window size, etc., and control the tolerance within the design range.
3.
