Ferrous metal industrial perforated plates are made of ferrous metal plates such as carbon steel and cast iron as the base material and are refined through advanced stamping technology. Relying on high-precision molds and presses, the plates undergo processes such as blanking, punching, and flanging to accurately shape a regularly arranged or customized distributed hole structure. The plates have various shapes and can present flat, bent, concave and convex shapes. The holes include round holes, square holes, special-shaped holes and other types, which are suitable for the diverse needs of industrial equipment protection, heat dissipation, filtration, decoration, etc. It is widely used in scenes such as mechanical housings, electrical control cabinets, ventilation systems, mining screening equipment, etc., providing basic components that are both functional and protective for industrial production, and is a key support for the stable operation of equipment.
Ferrous metal materials naturally have the protective properties of dust and foreign intrusion. The punching structure not only meets the functional requirements, but also retains the protective base of the metal plate, creating a safe operating environment for the internal components of the equipment, and is suitable for dusty and complex working conditions.

3. Product Details
(I) Processing Technology
Using CNC stamping integrated process, firstly, the black metal sheet is accurately blanked by laser cutting or shearing machine to determine the basic size of the plate; then, the CNC punching machine is used to complete the punching operation according to the mold pattern to ensure the hole accuracy (aperture tolerance ±0.1mm); for bending and flanging needs, the bending machine is used for secondary processing to shape the three-dimensional structure of the plate. The whole process relies on automation equipment and digital control to achieve efficient production and high-precision control to meet large-scale orders and customization needs.
(II) Applicable materials
1. Carbon steel: low cost, high strength, easy to process and shape, suitable for scenes with high strength requirements and relatively dry working conditions, such as ordinary mechanical housings and indoor electrical control cabinet perforated plates.
2. Cast iron: outstanding wear resistance and shock absorption, often used for perforated screen plates of high-wear equipment such as mining screening and material transportation, which can effectively resist material impact and friction.
(III) Quality Inspection
Build a multi-layer quality inspection system: Appearance inspection uses manual visual inspection + machine vision to check for defects such as hole burrs, board scratches, and deformation; size inspection uses a two-dimensional imager and a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to verify the accuracy of parameters such as board length and width and hole spacing; performance inspection includes tensile testing (verifying tensile strength) and salt spray testing (evaluating corrosion resistance, applicable to special coated boards) to ensure that the product meets industrial quality standards and ensures stable operation of the equipment.
