III. Product Details
(I) Process
1. Mold development: Based on the 3D model of electrical equipment, design a special stamping mold, and after CNC processing and EDM finishing, ensure the hole position and bending accuracy, and the mold life exceeds 500,000 times.
2. Raw material processing: Select cold-rolled steel plates (for distribution cabinets) and aluminum alloys (for lightweight equipment), pre-treat to remove oil stains and oxide layers, and improve stamping fluency and surface quality.
3. Stamping: On a 100-500T precision punching machine, complete blanking, punching, and bending in sequence, and simultaneously integrate riveting, tapping and other processes to form complex structures such as electrical brackets and panels in one go.
4. Surface treatment: galvanizing (neutral salt spray test ≥480h), anodizing (aluminum alloy parts), enhance corrosion resistance, and adapt to humid and dusty industrial electrical environments.
(II) Typical applications
Distribution cabinet system: Processing guide rail brackets and circuit breaker mounting plates, precise hole positions to ensure neat arrangement of electrical components, high-strength bearing of multi-channel power supply modules, and safe and reliable power distribution.
Industrial control cabinet: Production of PLC module brackets and heat dissipation panels, customized bending to adapt to cabinet space, hollow punching to accelerate heat dissipation, and ensure 7×24 hours stable operation of industrial control systems.
Power terminal equipment: Manufacturing smart meter terminal boards and internal connectors of charging piles, high-precision adaptation of electrical interfaces, anti-vibration design to cope with outdoor installation scenarios, and ensuring stable power data transmission and charging functions.
(III) Quality control
Implementation of the "three inspections" standard: The first piece is tested in full size by a three-coordinate measuring instrument, and the process sampling monitors the stamping pressure and dimensional deviation every 2 hours. The finished product is 100% tested for pass and stop gauges, and key parts are additionally tested for salt spray and tensile strength to ensure that the product meets industrial electrical standards such as IEC 60947, building a quality defense line for the safe operation of electrical equipment.
