1. Customized mold: Based on the size standards of industrial computers (such as 1U/2U rack-mounted and desktop-mounted), a multi-station progressive die is designed, integrating blanking, punching, and bending functions. After CNC milling and EDM finishing, the mold life exceeds 1 million times to ensure the consistency of batch parts.
2. Raw material selection: SPCC cold-rolled steel plate (thickness 1.2-2.0mm, suitable for heavy-duty industrial computers) or 6061 aluminum alloy (thickness 1.5-3.0mm, suitable for lightweight industrial computers) is selected, and the surface coating adhesion is enhanced after degreasing and phosphating pretreatment.
3. Stamping: On a 630-1000T servo punch press, continuous die stamping is used to form the frame frame and heat dissipation backplane in one step, and M3-M6 installation screw hole tapping and guide rail bracket riveting are completed simultaneously.
