During the design phase, we conducted an in-depth investigation of the heat dissipation and protection requirements of industrial computers. Combined with the characteristics of the industrial site environment, we used CFD simulation to optimize the shape, density and distribution of ventilation holes to ensure the best heat dissipation efficiency in a small space. The production process adopts a multi-station continuous stamping process to complete the punching, blanking, flanging and other processes in one forming. The servo press accurately controls the stamping process to ensure the product size accuracy and surface flatness. The surface can be sprayed, galvanized and other treatments as needed to enhance the anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties, and adapt to harsh industrial scenes such as humidity and dust.

For example, in industrial computer equipment in high-temperature workshops, efficient heat dissipation can avoid system jams and crashes caused by excessive temperatures; in industrial integrated computers in dusty environments, protection can reduce the damage of dust accumulation to fans and internal components. With the characteristics of "precise adaptation, efficient heat dissipation, and reliable protection", it has become a key component of the hardware protection and heat dissipation system of industrial computers, helping industrial control equipment to improve stability and service life, and providing solid hardware support for industrial intelligent production.
