During the design phase, we conducted an in-depth investigation of the needs of the communications and industrial control industries. We combined the cabinet space with the equipment heat dissipation standards, and used CFD simulation to optimize the layout of the heat dissipation holes to ensure that heat is quickly discharged when multiple modules are running. High-precision continuous stamping dies are used in production, and servo presses are used to achieve a bending angle tolerance of the chassis body of ≤0.5° and panel punching burrs of <0.05mm. The surface treatment can be anodized (film thickness 10-15μm) to enhance wear resistance, or spray-coated to meet the color requirements of different environments.
