During the design phase, we conducted an in-depth investigation of the needs of the communications and industrial control industries. We combined the cabinet space with the equipment heat dissipation standards, and used CFD simulation to optimize the layout of the heat dissipation holes to ensure that heat is quickly discharged when multiple modules are running. High-precision continuous stamping dies are used in production, and servo presses are used to achieve a bending angle tolerance of the chassis body of ≤0.5° and panel punching burrs of <0.05mm. The surface treatment can be anodized (film thickness 10-15μm) to enhance wear resistance, or spray-coated to meet the color requirements of different environments.

Actual applications cover scenarios such as data centers, industrial automation production lines, and communication base stations: create lightweight protective shells for server chassis to reduce the weight of cabinets in high-density deployment in data centers; customize heat dissipation panels for industrial computers to ensure stable operation of production line equipment 7×24 hours a day; design modular chassis for communication equipment to accelerate the integration of 5G base station equipment. With the characteristics of "high compatibility, strong protection, and excellent heat dissipation", it has become a core component of cabinet equipment hardware integration, promoting the development of industry equipment towards efficiency, reliability, and miniaturization, and helping digital infrastructure and industrial intelligence upgrades.
