Smart lockers are made based on sheet metal stamping technology. Using metal sheets (mostly cold-rolled steel sheets) as raw materials, the cabinet frame, doors, top plates and other components are accurately punched out by CNC punching machines, and then the three-dimensional structure is formed through bending technology. After welding and grinding, the components are spliced and integrated, and finally the surface is sprayed (red and white) and other treatments to transform the flat plate into a storage device with 10 storage compartments and a smart identification area (the top hole is adapted to the code scanning/card swiping module), providing a hardware carrier for the storage of items.
Features | Details |
High precision | Mold stamping + CNC control, cabinet door size error ≤ ± 0.1mm, tightly fit with the cabinet body, no shaking when closing the door, ensuring storage tightness |
Sufficient strength | Stamping makes the metal grains of the plate arranged in order, with the reinforcement rib design (inside the cabinet body), the load-bearing capacity is 80-120kg/grid, which can hold backpacks, tools and other heavy objects |
Customized work | By replacing the mold, the number and size of the storage grid can be adjusted (such as adapting to mobile phones and express boxes), and the surface color and logo (number, instructions for use) can also be customized as needed |
Excellent efficiency | Automated stamping line operation, the stamping cycle of a single cabinet is shortened to 1.5-2 hours, and mass production can be quickly supplied to reduce costs and improve efficiency |
Smart lockers rely on sheet metal stamping to achieve high-quality manufacturing. The base material is 1.2-1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, which is high in strength and easy to process. Production process: laser cutting for precise cutting → CNC punching press punches out cabinet doors (with numbers and ventilation holes), cabinet side panels (including smart module installation holes), etc. → bending machine folds out cabinets at 90° right angles and cabinet door arcs → robot welding to ensure a firm structure → grinding to remove burrs and weld scars → electrostatic spraying (red cabinet doors are scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, white cabinets are corrosion-resistant), and finally assemble smart locks and electronic control systems.
The top of the cabinet reserves a position for the installation of the smart identification module (adapted to code scanning and face recognition), 10 storage compartments are independently locked, and the interior is equipped with moisture-proof coatings and ventilation holes, which are suitable for humid environments (such as gyms and swimming pools). The bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement and layout adjustment. It is widely used in schools, enterprises, and public venues, providing a safe, convenient, durable and intelligent solution for storing items. Through the precision and flexibility of sheet metal stamping, it can meet the needs of various storage scenarios.
