Sheet metal stamping process for energy storage converter cabinet

The energy storage converter cabinet is manufactured using sheet metal stamping technology. Based on sheet metal stamping technology, high-strength cold-rolled steel plates and other metal plates are selected, laser cutting is performed, and multi-station molds are used to complete the stamping of cabinet shells, heat dissipation meshes, operation panels and other structures. Then, through bending, welding, grinding and surface treatment (such as electrostatic spraying), the plates are transformed into energy storage converter cabinets with equipment installation space, heat dissipation channels, and operation display areas, providing protection and operating environment for internal power conversion and control components.

Structural strength

The stamping process makes the stress of the plate reasonably distributed. With the help of welding reinforcement, the cabinet can withstand the vibration and external impact of equipment operation, ensuring the safety of internal power components.

The energy storage converter cabinet uses sheet metal stamping as the core manufacturing process, and the raw materials are selected from high-strength cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 2-3mm, taking into account both strength and electromagnetic shielding requirements. In the production process, the cabinet shell, heat dissipation mesh plate, operation panel frame and other basic structures are first punched out by a CNC punching machine, and then the three-dimensional shape of the cabinet is shaped by a bending machine. The welding process ensures that all components are firmly connected. The surface treatment adopts an electrostatic spraying process, and the coating is uniform and dense, with good insulation and weather resistance, suitable for energy storage power stations, industrial microgrids and other scenarios.

The cabinet integrates an operation display area (including indicator lights and display installation positions), an equipment installation cavity (reserved cable routing troughs and heat dissipation channels), and a double-door maintenance structure. The layout of the operation area conforms to the operation and maintenance habits of power equipment and is convenient for status monitoring; the internal space is reasonably planned, compatible with PCS converter modules and control unit integration; the double-door design facilitates equipment maintenance and component replacement. As the key hardware carrier of the energy storage system, it relies on high-precision stamping, stable structure, reliable protection and efficient heat dissipation to help realize the two-way conversion and intelligent control of electric energy and ensure the stable and safe operation of the energy storage system.
