 Red copper: Copper content ≥ 99.9%, thermal conductivity of 398W/(m・K), suitable for heat exchange system, effectively reducing heat transfer loss.

 Brass: Copper-zinc alloy material, high hardness, strong wear resistance, can resist fluid erosion and corrosion, extend service life, suitable for industrial fluid transportation and other scenarios.

2. High precision and stability

Automation equipment parts are processed by five-axis CNC, the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.01mm, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. After aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, it can still maintain stable performance under high-speed operation and complex working conditions, ensuring precise matching between parts.

1. Material Type

Copper pipe fittings:

Red copper: Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, commonly used in refrigeration equipment, heat exchanger pipes.

Brass: Outstanding strength and hardness, wear resistance, seawater corrosion resistance, suitable for ship pipes, industrial fluid transportation.

Automation equipment parts: Mainly alloy steel (such as 42CrMo, 35CrMo) and stainless steel (304, 316L). Alloy steel has excellent mechanical properties after heat treatment and is suitable for high-load transmission parts; stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for clean production environments such as food and medicine.

2. Processing technology
