Copper pipe fittings and automation equipment parts are core components in the field of industrial automation. Copper pipe fittings are made of high-quality copper and brass, and are precision-processed to have excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and sealing properties, and are often used for fluid transmission. Automation equipment parts include transmission, connection, positioning and other components. Through CNC machining, precision casting and other processes, with high precision and high stability, they ensure the efficient and accurate operation of automation equipment.
We provide a variety of products, copper pipe diameters range from 6 to 108mm, and wall thicknesses range from 0.8 to 8mm; automation equipment parts can be customized to suit different brands and models of automation production lines. Some common specifications are as follows:
Type | Material | Size range | Main application scenarios |
Copper straight pipe | Copper | Φ6 - Φ108mm, wall thickness 0.8 - 8mm | Heat exchange, fluid delivery system |
Copper elbow | Brass | Φ10 - Φ89mm, 90°/45° | Pipeline steering |
Gear shaft | Alloy steel | Diameter 10 - 100mm, length 50 - 500mm | Automated transmission system |
III. Product Details
1. Material Type
Copper pipe fittings:
Red copper: Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, commonly used in refrigeration equipment, heat exchanger pipes.
Brass: Outstanding strength and hardness, wear resistance, seawater corrosion resistance, suitable for ship pipes, industrial fluid transportation.
Automation equipment parts: Mainly alloy steel (such as 42CrMo, 35CrMo) and stainless steel (304, 316L). Alloy steel has excellent mechanical properties after heat treatment and is suitable for high-load transmission parts; stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for clean production environments such as food and medicine.
2. Processing technology
Copper pipe fittings: Use cold drawing, extrusion, and welding processes. The cold drawing process makes the pipe fittings accurate in size and smooth on the surface; welding processes such as argon arc welding and laser welding ensure that the welds are uniform and firm, and the sealing is good.
Automation equipment parts: Use CNC turning, milling, grinding, and EDM technology. Complex shape parts are formed with high precision through 3D printing molds and precision casting.
3. Quality inspection
Copper pipe fittings: pressure test (1 - 20MPa), airtightness test (leakage rate ≤0.01mL/min), salt spray test (≥48 hours) to ensure safe and reliable working conditions.
Automation equipment parts: use three-coordinate measuring instrument to detect dimensions, spectrum analyzer to detect materials, dynamic balancing and fatigue life tests to ensure performance meets standards.
4. Application fields
Widely used in automated production lines in industries such as automobile manufacturing, electronics and electrical appliances, food processing, medical equipment, aerospace, etc., to provide guarantees for stable and efficient operation of equipment.
