(I) Ultra-precision chamber control
Using five-axis linkage machining center milling, the internal chamber flatness error is less than 0.003mm, the optical interface coaxiality tolerance is ±0.002mm, and the mounting slot position error is less than 0.005mm, ensuring that the optical path deviation after the optical component is assembled is less than 10 arc seconds, meeting the sub-micron optical measurement requirements.
(II) Multifunctional protection design
The aviation-grade aluminum alloy material has good electromagnetic shielding performance (shielding effectiveness>80dB), and the hard anodized layer (thickness 18-22μm) achieves IP65 dust and water resistance; the integrated heat sink fins make the shell temperature rise less than 5℃/h (ambient temperature 25℃), ensuring that optical detectors, laser light sources and other components work under a stable temperature field.
(III) Advantages of modular adaptation

The shell has a reserved standardized interface to support the rapid replacement of lenses and detector modules with different focal lengths, and is compatible with mainstream optical interfaces such as C-port and CS-port. An anti-static coating (surface resistance 10^6 - 10^9 Ω) is set inside to prevent dust from being adsorbed by optical components due to static electricity, ensuring the long-term clean operation of the optical system.
