Excellent corrosion resistance: 316L stainless steel contains molybdenum alloy components, combined with passivation treatment technology, when facing sodium hypochlorite disinfectant, iodine tincture and human body fluids commonly seen in medical environments, it can form a dense oxide film, pass the 120-hour salt spray test, effectively avoid bushing corrosion and rust, and extend service life.
Self-lubrication and low friction: Some bushing surfaces are treated with special coatings (such as PTFE plating), and the friction coefficient is reduced to 0.05, which reduces the wear between the shaft and the bushing, reduces the noise of equipment operation, and reduces the maintenance frequency.
