III. Product details
(I) Material:
1. Carbon steel series: mainly medium carbon steel, with moderate carbon content and good balance of strength and toughness. After quenching, tempering and other heat treatment processes, the hardness can reach HRC30-HRC40, ensuring that no deformation or fracture occurs under general mechanical stress.
2. Stainless steel series: Commonly used 304 and 316 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and processing performance, and can resist common oxidation and rust; on this basis, 316 stainless steel adds molybdenum elements, which has stronger resistance to strong corrosive media such as chlorides, and is suitable for harsh environments such as oceans and chemicals.
(II) Dimensional parameters:
1. Thread size: covers metric M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20 and other specifications. The pitch of each specification is strictly implemented in accordance with the standard, such as M8 thread, the pitch is 1.25mm.
2. Length specifications: from 20mm short to 200mm long. The short version is suitable for parts with compact space and simple connection requirements; the long version can be used for scenes that need to cross a certain distance or be deeply fixed.
3. Tip size: The tip angle is generally designed to be 30° - 60°, which can ensure the penetration ability without causing insufficient strength due to too small an angle. The tip diameter is determined according to the overall specifications, and the transition with the thread end is natural to ensure a smooth installation process.
(III) Surface treatment:
1. Galvanizing: A layer of zinc protective film is formed on the surface of the product through hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing process.
