Lightweight and high strength: high-performance engineering plastics such as polycarbonate (PC) and nylon (PA) are used, with a density of only 1/5 - 1/7 of that of metal, which is easy to transport and install. After special processing, the tensile strength can reach more than 60MPa, and the bending modulus exceeds 2000MPa, which greatly reduces the overall weight while ensuring stable support of the equipment.
Excellent weather resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, can withstand erosion by chemicals such as acids, alkalis, oils, and maintains stable performance in high temperature, humid or low temperature environments. After testing, within the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, the size change rate of parts is less than 0.5%, and the service life is up to 5-8 years.
Flexible design adaptability: adopts modular design concept, provides a variety of standard specifications, and supports customized services. The bracket is equipped with mounting holes, slots and buckle structures of various specifications, which can realize quick assembly and disassembly, compatible with equipment of different brands and models, and meet diverse installation needs.

III. Product Details
1. Material Type
 Polycarbonate (PC): It has high strength, high toughness and good transparency, and excellent impact resistance. It is suitable for scenes with high mechanical strength requirements and certain light transmittance, such as display brackets, protective cover brackets, etc.
 Nylon (PA): It has excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication and chemical corrosion resistance. It can still maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature environment. It is often used in supporting structures in industrial equipment, automotive parts and other fields.
 Polypropylene (PP): It has low density, high cost-effectiveness, good water resistance and chemical resistance. It is suitable for scenes that are sensitive to weight and need to contact water or general chemicals, such as bathroom equipment brackets, kitchen appliance brackets, etc.
2. Size Parameters
 Length Specifications: It covers a variety of sizes from 50mm to 200mm, which can be flexibly selected according to the equipment installation space and load requirements.
 Width and Thickness: The width range is 20mm - 100mm, and the thickness is 2mm - 8mm. Different specifications can meet different load-bearing grade requirements.
Installation holes: The bracket is equipped with mounting holes with a diameter of 3mm - 6mm. The hole layout is scientific and reasonable, suitable for screws of M3 - M6 specifications, and the mounting hole accuracy is controlled at ±0.1mm to ensure a stable connection.
3. Surface treatment
Frosted treatment: Through the physical grinding process, the surface of the bracket is formed with a delicate frosted texture, which increases friction and prevents the device from sliding, while improving the aesthetics and anti-fingerprint effect.
Anti-ultraviolet coating: A special anti-ultraviolet coating is applied to the surface of the bracket to effectively resist ultraviolet erosion, prevent material aging and fading, and extend the service life of the product. It is suitable for outdoor or strong light use environment.
Flame retardant treatment: By adding flame retardants or blending flame retardant materials, the bracket meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire in the event of an accidental fire and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
