III. Product Details
1. Material Type
Alloy Steel: 45# steel, 40Cr and other high-quality alloy steels are selected. After quenching and tempering, they have both high strength and good toughness. They are suitable for supporting and fastening equipment in conventional industrial environments and can withstand large mechanical stress.
Stainless Steel: 304 and 316L stainless steel are used. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and high cost performance, and is suitable for indoor and general corrosive environments; 316L stainless steel has stronger resistance to strong corrosive media such as seawater, acid and alkali due to the addition of molybdenum elements, and is often used in chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields.
2. Size Parameters
Knob Size: The diameter covers multiple specifications of 15mm-50mm, and the thickness is between 5-12mm, which can meet different operating space and strength requirements.
Bracket Size: The height range is 20-100mm, and the bottom support surface is divided into round and square. The size is reasonably adapted according to the height to ensure the stability of the support. The bracket is equipped with M4-M8 specification mounting holes, which are suitable for bolts and nuts of different specifications.
Thread specification: The knob thread adopts the metric standard, including M6, M8, M10, M12 and other specifications, and the thread accuracy reaches 6g level, ensuring smooth screwing and firm connection.
3. Surface treatment
Blackening treatment: Through high-temperature chemical oxidation, a dense black oxide film is formed on the metal surface to enhance the anti-rust ability, which is suitable for industrial scenes with low requirements on appearance.
Electrophoretic treatment: The electrophoretic coating process is adopted, and the coating thickness is uniform (about 15-25μm), with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion, and the surface is smooth and shiny.
Spraying treatment: Using the electrostatic spraying process, the black powder coating is evenly attached and cured at high temperature to form a high-hardness coating with good scratch resistance. Matte or glossy effects can be customized.
