III. Product Details
1. Material Type
Alloy Steel: 45# steel, 40Cr and other high-quality alloy steels are selected. After quenching and tempering, they have both high strength and good toughness. They are suitable for supporting and fastening equipment in conventional industrial environments and can withstand large mechanical stress.
Stainless Steel: 304 and 316L stainless steel are used. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and high cost performance, and is suitable for indoor and general corrosive environments; 316L stainless steel has stronger resistance to strong corrosive media such as seawater, acid and alkali due to the addition of molybdenum elements, and is often used in chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields.
